I mean seriously. This has got to be the worst year of my life. you want to know why its so damn ghetto here, cause the state sanctions it. There laws are suited to protect the idiots who do wrong, live for free off the state,and take advantage of everyone while those of us who work hard get screwed over in the process. Earlier this year I paid a deposit for repaurs to my car in the amount of $2200 and the guy fell off the face of the earth. My only recourse is to sue him. I never even git my car back, wouldnt you consider that two counts of theft? I cant believe he'll get away with it because I cannot afford to sue him...and now I have to take the bus, and if youve ever tried to do that in va beach, va....you know youd be better off walking!
